Inside The Era
Launching 1WeddingBand.com let Houston Jewelry test user experience patterns years before most jewelers sold online. The team photographed hundreds of styles in-house, wrote long-form descriptions, and answered chats long after the showroom closed for the night.
This experiment laid the groundwork for omnichannel shopping: guests could reserve a ring online, pick it up in Houston, and keep working with the same consultant for resizing or engraving. That service model still drives our virtual previews and newsletter spotlights.
